Lead times vary by complexity, tooling requirements, and volume. Simple jobs with existing tooling can ship in days. New tooling programs typically run 6–12 weeks from design approval through first-article parts. Call us with your timeline and we’ll give you a realistic estimate.

Both. We run short-run prototypes through high-volume production on the same equipment. Whether you need 50 pieces or 500,000, we can quote it. Our “Can Do” approach means we don’t turn away jobs based on volume alone.

Absolutely. We accept most common CAD formats including STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, and SolidWorks native files. You can also bring us a rough sketch or sample part and our in-house tool and die team will work with you from there.

Yes. We have a full in-house tool and die shop that designs, builds, and maintains all tooling. This gives us direct control over quality, turnaround, and cost — and means we can modify or repair tooling without waiting on outside vendors.
